Job Details: Madison Ham Plant PART TIME/TIEMPO PARCIAL PRODUCTION 10:30am-3pm 3-4 days a week Job Description: This position is responsible for general labor such as using a knife and hook to trim large pieces of product or involve the use of powered equipment all the while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Positions on Processing will involve use of a knife and hook to bone out or trim large pieces of product or involve the use of powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines. Positions on Harvest will involve use of a knife and hook to remove the hide from the cattle, trim large pieces of product or run heavy pieces of equipment. Some positions may involve the use of powered equipment such as air knives, whizard knives, saws and skinner machines. Positions in hides will involve the use of a knife and hook to trim hides or to operate large pieces of equipment. These positions could work in any department of the Processing, Harvest or hides facility. Some positions require the ability to push/pull/carry/lift 50 pounds or more.
