About the Role: As a Cook, you’ll play an important role in supporting the daily dining experience for our residents by preparing fresh, high-quality meals that reflect their tastes and cultural preferences. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to plan and prepare menus, ensure food safety standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming, home-like environment. What you will be doing: - Prepare food items following established schedules, menus, recipes and quantity quotas; assembling ingredients and equipmetn required for cooking. Reporting and recoding substitutions and productions quantities. - Cook and season assigned food and various therapeutic diet items by methods/procedures such as frying , roasing, grilling, steaming, boiling and baking. - Test food items for...
