Description The Onboarding Coordinator is an essential member of our Human Resources Department, ensuring that every new employee’s first experience with BSCS reflects our values of respect and collaboration. This role supports new hires from the moment they accept an offer through their early weeks on the job, helping them feel confident, informed, and part of our organization. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisitions team, and other HR colleagues to create a smooth, supportive, and engaging onboarding experience.
