What Your Day Will Look Like: As a Bridge Design Lead, you'll apply advanced structural engineering principles and technical expertise to the planning, design, and analysis of bridge and transportation structures. You’ll lead the development of bridge design solutions, oversee multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure compliance with applicable design standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll take ownership of design deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical direction while driving quality, efficiency, and innovation across projects.
