To work with the market and brokers to deliver the best value for all utilities across housing stock, property assets, street lighting, and car charging network. In a highly volatile market, this role will require someone with experience and sound judgement to deliver savings and advise on best route to market. A proven negotiator, they will plan, coordinate, and implement business plans for Electricity, Gas and Water contracts.
