JOB PURPOSE: We’re looking for a strategic & experienced Resource Manager to join our EMEA resourcing team for our Experience & Engineering UK Team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimizing utilization, and aligning with business growth in a fast-paced digital environment. You’ll be responsible for matching the right talent to the right projects - balancing team skills, availability, and project needs to deliver high-quality work, on time and on budget. This includes managing billable headcount, supporting dynamic staffing needs, and planning ahead with the Commercial team to align with the business pipeline.
