This position is eligible for annual bonuses. Annual Return on Assests Bonus Percentage (ROA) (5 year average) = 20.7% of eligible earnings All Nucor teammates qualify for profit sharing. Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 20.4% of eligible earnings American Buildings is seeking a talented individual that can assist the company in sales and profit by developing safe, accurate, and cost-effective metal building system quotes. Someone that is able to work with all departments, plant, and outside sales as an integral part of the NBS team. Basic Job Functions: As an Estimator, you will be responsible for performing all quote functions required for estimating and creation of proposals for low-rise steel building projects.
