Job Title: Lead IT Data Steward FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Data Governance Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday *This is an onsite position with no relocation assistance provided* General Job Summary: The Lead Data Steward serves as the primary liaison between IT and Business Operations for translating business rules and needs into data architectures within the IT systems environment. This role is responsible for interpreting and documenting data process flows, data mapping, data validation design and monitoring. This role will also be responsible for maintaining data dictionaries of Stock Yards Bank & Trust systems including the Data Warehouse, and will seek out opportunities to reduce manual processes and ensure data accuracy.
