Parts Fleet Room Representative Department: Parts: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Rockford: Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 / hour Description: The Parts Fleet Room Representative is responsible for achieving Profitable Parts Sales Growth and Assuring Customer Satisfaction as the dedicated “inside” parts representative for select Lakeside International parts customers. Also serves as the Diamond Connection Specialist, monitoring and updating the Diamond Connection Solution System. Responsibilities: - Serve as key “inside” parts contact for select Lakeside International parts customers. - Promote sales of “All-Makes” parts to assigned customers - Collect freight charges from customers when applicable - Promote Lakeside customer events (Open House, Luncheons, Training events, etc.) - Accurate core management / reporting on all assigned customers. Includes sending out “Cores Owed” report to customers monthly - Minimum (5) outbound telemarketing calls to assigned customers daily.
