Head of AI Enablement & Best Practices – FPRS

Job description

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader to serve as the Head of AI Enablement & Best Practices for Financial Protection & Retirement Solutions (FPRS). In this highly visible role, you will help democratize AI across FPRS by enabling broad, responsible adoption of readily available AI tools—including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other enterprise‑approved GenAI and low‑code / no‑code agentic AI tools that enable workflow automation. The focus of this role is to unlock day‑to‑day business value by making AI accessible, practical, and scalable for non‑technical users across FPRS. You will work closely with FPRS leaders and cross‑functional partners to ensure AI is applied in practical, repeatable, and scalable ways that improve day‑to‑day work, rather than remaining isolated to bespoke solutions fit for larger scale use cases or technical teams only.
