Multi-Color Corporation (MCC Label), a global leader in label solutions. We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Analyst to join our team. Requirements: Benefits: Location: MCC Label – Louveira, SP, Brazil - Assist customers through different channels (email, phone, chat, WhatsApp, etc.), ensuring speed and quality in service - Record, monitor, and resolve customer requests, complaints, and questions - Act as the interface between customers and internal areas (sales, finance, logistics, production, among others) - Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and customer experience - Keep records updated in the system (CRM or internal tools) - Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives - Analyze feedback and suggest continuous improvements in the service provided - Ensure clear, empathetic, and professional communication with customers - Additional activities, including Logistics – Foreign Trade - Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree) - Bilingual English/Portuguese - Solid experience in the area, preferably in industrial environments - Medical plan - Dental plan - On-site meals...
