Qualifications: Benefits: - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. - Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and load them into the dishwasher. - Wash pots and pans either by hand or using the dishwasher. - Dispose of trash and garbage in the designated dumpster area. - Clean work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment, and floors. - Ensure guest tables and areas are cleaned according to sanitation and housekeeping standards. - May assist with some Prep Cook duties as trained and assigned. - Strong comm...
