Overview Director of Osteopathic Education Faculty Opportunity – Family Medicine Residency Program Keene, New Hampshire: The Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth Health Family Medicine Resident Program is seeking an osteopathic physician to join our growing team and help build our Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) curriculum. We are a community-based 6-6-6 Family Medicine residency based in a rural regional referral center affiliated with the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. We will welcome our third class of 6 residents in summer 2026 and are looking to expand our faculty team as we continue to grow. Seeking candidates with passion and enthusiasm for practicing and teaching full-scope family medicine, including OMM to both osteopathic and allopathic residents, while creating a lasting impact at a new program.
