The Role: You’ll support the day-to-day management of the global CRM channel, helping to deliver high-quality campaigns across email, app push notifications, SMS and WhatsApp. You’ll play an important role in supporting channel growth and improving campaign performance through accurate execution, creativity and strong attention to detail. Working closely with the wider Marketing team, you’ll contribute to enhancing retention and acquisition through targeted communications, testing, and performance monitoring.
