Responsible for the overall operation of dishwasher, cleaning equipment, and chemicals in the Deli. Accountable for the washing and sanitizing of all kitchen and dining room dishes, silverware, pots and pans to ensure consistent product quality, as well as quantity. Responsibilities: Where You'll Make an Impact: - Responsible for washing and sanitizing all kitchen and dining room dishes, silverware, pots and pans. - Responsible for ensuring that all items are clean and presentable. - Responsible for keeping the guest area clean and tidy. - Other duties as assigned. Skills to Help You Succeed: - Ability to use chemicals and equipment. - Ability to read and write basic instructions.
