MAINTENANCE MANAGER

TITLE: Maintenance Manager POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for managing the plant maintenance and projects in a cost effective and safe manner that will maximize equipment uptime. This position demands a strong background in plastic manufacturing, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership skills. QUALIFICATIONS: ◦ Experience with process automation and robotics. ◦ Familiarity with injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding processes. ◦ Project management experience is a plus. - 8-10 years’ experience working in a manufacturing maintenance environment - 3-5 years supervisory experience - Strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as machining experience - Strong background with PLC controls and variable speed drives. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA). - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
