Build the embedded intelligence behind large- scale commercial heating systems - powering the energy transition at scale . Your role: As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Remeha / BDR Thermea Group, you play a key role in developing the software that drives complex commercial HVAC and heating installations across Europe. From hospitals and factories to large residential complexes and public buildings, your work ensures that our systems operate reliably, efficiently, and intelligently in demanding, real-world environments. You contribute across the full development lifecycle - from early design discussions and architectural considerations to implementation , testing , and delivery. Working on system-level challenges , you help ensure interoperability between boilers, heat pumps, building management systems (BMS), and third -party integrations . This is a role with broad scope: you combine hands-on embedded development with a system mindset , balancing performance, constraints , and long product lifecycles .
