OVERVIEW: We’re looking for a Social Executive to help grow and energise one of our key social channels. You’ll create fast-paced, culturally relevant content that feels native to TikTok and resonates with our female audience.This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social trends and thrives in a high-energy, creative environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering attention-grabbing content that drives engagement and channel growth. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Supporting the growth and performance of our TikTok channel, driving reach and engagement - Creating and publishing high-volume, social-first content at pace - Reacting quickly to trends, moments and platform behaviours - Integrating product into authentic, creator-native content - Testing, learning and iterating to scale what performs best - Translating campaigns, launches and events into TikTok-native formats - Supporting end-to-end delivery of social campaigns - Collaborating with brand, creative, product and influencer teams WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Essential Criteria: - Proven experience in a social media or content-focused role - Hands-on experience creating content for social platforms - Strong understanding of Ti...
