Overview: The Instructional/Multimedia Developer will join the dynamic and creative training team to support the local Instructor Team. This position will be integral in enhancing, bolstering, and polishing learning content for a vital national security customer. In this production-focused role, you will be working to engage users of the learning management system, unique learning curriculum, and innovative educational tools by introducing complex concepts in an enticing, engaging, and entertaining manner. Qualifications: - Maintaining existing classroom and multimedia courses and managing annual reviews to keep all lessons up-to-date - Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) developing lessons using the Instructional Systems Design Process (ISD) for all course formats - Assist SMEs in writing, editing, and organizing content to fit the target audience and student educational levels for adult learners - Ensures technical solutions are compatible with appropriate andragogical approaches for both in-resident and online learning - Serves as an educational consultant for instructors - Engage with instructors and students to create a dynamic, aspirational, and innovative culture...
