Description SUMMARY: The person in this position will be part of a team that provides outstanding experiences for individuals and groups to grow through the experience of facilitating adventure activities, as well as providing outstanding hospitality and service to individuals and groups. The members of this team will serve as challenge course, team building, and high rope facilitators, and/or lifeguards (being a lifeguard is not required for position but is highly encouraged). The person in this position will also, at times, assist the Guest Services and Kitchen team. They shall be knowledgeable and proficient and will have earned the required certifications for one or more of these roles. They will be scheduled according to their specific training and skill levels to fill work shifts within these classifications and certifications as these demands will vary with the schedule from day to day and week to week. All team members are expected to maintain an environment of professionalism, safety and fun.
