This role will be responsible for applying knowledge and experience to provide high-quality, specialized support across the Latham platform, conducting due diligence through the review of commercial contracts and other legal documents as part of corporate transactions to identify important provisions and terms. This role will be located in our Century City office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
