Customer Delivery Manager Description -: Responsibilities: - This role is responsible for fostering exceptional customer satisfaction through ownership of operational relationships, managing risks, and driving SLA delivery. The role leads teams and solves complex issues, contributing to strategic growth and seamless service delivery.
