The Hog Loader works with other loaders to sort out and drive finishing animals from pens to truck, with special concern for animal welfare and proper handling. Core Responsibilities: Sorts and loads animals in a productive, SAFE and efficient manner. Uses herding board to move animals from pen to aisle. Counts animals onto truck. Maintains cleanliness of crew vehicles and equipment. Respects growers’ property and equipment. Presents good company image.
