This Opportunity The Northern California SGT Manager is a senior growth leader and key partner to the West T&I Strategic SGT Director. This role is responsible for advancing growth priorities across Northern California while also providing leadership support to priority West Region initiatives. The position balances hands on pursuit and account leadership with initiative implementation, team management, and continuous improvement. The Northern California SGT Manager serves as a connector between strategy and execution—ensuring consistency, rigor, and alignment across account planning, pursuit strategy, and client positioning.
