The Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Support Officer to join our Inspection Division. Based at our Welshpool HQ, this role plays a key part in supporting daily operations across Western Australia and the Norther Territory. You will support field inspectors, coordinate operational activity, manage documentation, and help streamline workflows What you'll do: - Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to maintain smooth workflow and efficiency. - Maintain and organise company records, databases, and documentation. - Coordinate jobs, tasks, and project workflows across WA, Northern Operations, and APAC activities. - Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, internal teams, and service providers. - Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and job bookings for staff and clients — including support for Northern and APAC travel. - Troubleshoot administrat...
