GENERAL FUNCTION: Ensure Bancorp residential collateral policies are compliant with all federal and investor appraisal and evaluation regulations and requirements. Challenge first line of defense consumer residential appraisal and evaluation strategies. Responsible for implementation of planning, organizing, staffing and directing the efforts of the second line of defense (2LOD) residential lending appraisal group (RLAG). Develop relationships with staff, other departments and individuals within the Bancorp that encourages participation, teamwork, respect, a work culture of equity and inclusion, effective relationships and appropriate use of resources.
