The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Health and Well-Being Program Director to join our team. The YMCA focuses on empowering people in all forms, by improving health and well-being and inspiring action in and across our neighborhoods. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Health and Well-Being Program Director works with the Senior Health and Well-Being Director in creating a positive and inspiring Health & Well Being programs. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Additionally, you will lend a helping hand with Health & Well Being programs as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
