Location: Remote (U.S.) or Richmond, VA Reports To: Director of Franchise Operations Travel Requirement: Up to 25% Overview: Bumble Roofing, part of Empower Brands, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support and grow our franchise network. In this role, you will serve as a coach, mentor, and trusted advisor to franchise owners—helping them optimize operations, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with franchisees to strengthen performance, maintain brand standards, and scale their businesses. This role is structured with approximately 30% focus on onboarding and ramping new franchisees and 70% dedicated to growing and supporting existing locations to increase same-store sales and profitability.
