Job Title Commercial Policy & Pricing HS Manager Job Description: In this role, you have the opportunity to Drive pricing, revenue optimization and top-line growth of Health Systems by acting as a business partner to Zone Leadership team, Business Managers and Sales Managers and being a custodian of Commercial Policy for Health Systems currently responsible for the Iberian market. You are responsible for: - Ensure service and integral equipment and service commercial offers are negotiated within the Commercial Policy guidelines - Ensure that commercial terms to customers and partners reflect customer and partner counter performance and strategic fit - Ensure price governance in accordance with Commercial Policy - Ensure execution of annual contract indexation by the commercial service team to minimize value leakages over full contract lifetime - Liaise with local finance and international teams to provide well-established evidence to support price indexation negotiations with customers and partners - Support contracts, spare parts, and labor price setting and portfolio decisions - Translate BUs and Region service strategies into zone service pricing strategies and tactics - Drive v...
