About DESRI DESRI (formerly D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 11 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 70 renewable energy projects in 24 states. About the role: DESRI seeks an individual with an excellent record of academic and professional achievement to join its team as a recruiter. This role offers the opportunity to help drive operational excellence, lead and manage sourcing efforts, and develop and maintain DESRI’s innovative recruiting strategy. This person will play a key role in our overall recruiting process and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on DESRI’s growth and success in a dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative working environment. What you'll do: You’ll play a critical role in leading and driving all aspects of DESRI’s recruiting process, including collaborating closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
