Our Jonestown Distribution Center, a 218,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24/7, is currently seeking a Packaging Dept. Shift Lead to join our team. The essential function of this role is to assist in the safe operation of the box machines while tracking production and scrap and assist supervisors in delegating work assignments and employee supervision. Shift: Night shift (5:30 PM– 5:30AM) rotational shift, 3 day and 4 day week (equivalent to working approx. 14-16 days per month) Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for maintaining the min/max levels for all boxes and packaging materials and to communicate with Inventory Supervisor upcoming changeover. - Operate a high reach forklift to retrieve and replenish packaging materials inventory and other warehouse supplies - Work with other departments to ensure minimal downtime for each area is met.
