T he Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of IT Strategy and Business Design, this role is responsible for shaping and embedding WorkCover’s innovation and AI capability. You will define the organisation’s AI roadmap and establish an innovation framework that enables practical, governed adoption of emerging technologies aligned to strategic objectives and risk appetite. Operating within a highly regulated environment, you will ensure AI and innovation initiatives are introduced safely, with robust governance, risk, and assurance frameworks in place. You will assess organisational readiness, uplift capability, and guide the implementation of AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
