Assistant Manager – Splash Safari Water Obstacle Course Role Overview: The Assistant Manager of the Splash Safari Water Obstacle Course is a key leadership role within the Activities Department. You are responsible for the development, implementation, and daily oversight of our premier in-lake adventure on Lake LBJ. This role requires a blend of operational excellence, financial stewardship, and high-level hospitality, ensuring that our team of Supervisors, Lifeguards, and Attendants delivers a safe, professional, and "Above and Beyond" experience for all members and guests. Essential Job Functions: - Operational Leadership: Oversee the efficient daily running of Splash Safari programs and special events. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date, strictly adhered to, and aligned with resort safety protocols. - Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor staff using interactive, hands-on training methods.
