Position Summary: The Senior Property Manager oversees a portfolio of multifamily and/or commercial properties, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role also serves as a hands-on leader within the property management team, mentoring staff and acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, owner clients, and Bell Properties leadership.
