ADP is hiring a Sr. Tax Counsel We are seeking to hire a tax attorney to advise on various aspects of ADP’s global tax strategy, inclusive of federal, state and international tax. Critical to this role is the ability to operate in a matrixed environment as this role will partner closely with leaders throughout the organization. This person should be embraced by senior leadership as a trusted business and strategic advisor and whose opinion is sought and respected. What you’ll do: Responsibilities: TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements - Assist with the evaluation and implementation of strategies to effectively manage taxes while mitigating risk. - Monitor global tax legislation changes and provide technical evaluation of proposed or enacted legislation and recommendations for minimizing any adverse impacts. - Oversee ADP’s transfer pricing matters ensuring strategic compliance and adapting policies to changing business needs. - Support business in all M&A including overseeing due diligence, contract negotiations and advising on post-acquisition implementation matters. - Support US and non-US tax audits including providing input on audit strategy and liaising with external advisors...
