Job description

Overview The Accountant, Financial Reporting will work closely with management and others to ensure reporting deadlines are met and information provided to internal and external users is accurate and in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The Accountant, Financial Reporting will report directly to the Vice President, Financial Reporting and Treasury. Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for internal and external use - Prepare monthly reporting for senior management team - Prepare materials for Board of Directors and other meetings - Prepare reporting packages for various compliance purposes - Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations - Compile supporting schedules for external audit - Compile and analyze financial information with a high level of accuracy - Assist with daily cash management and Treasury activities - Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Company’s ERP system, including report development, hierarchy setup/updates, and related data governance to support accurate financial reporting - Assist with implementation of new accounting standards - Work with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies - P...
