Position Summary: To provide support to a caseload of 60 first-generation, low-income students and/or students with disabilities to ensure retention and graduation. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one support for academic, social and financial challenges and goals, managing individualized success plans, serving as ombudsperson with other campus offices as needed, and supporting program activities.
