Description Company: Prairie Band One Stop: Position Title: Assistant Store Manager- Nights/Weekends Job Classification: Exempt Work Schedule: Full Time – Thurs 12p-8:30p, Fri & Sat 1:45p-10:30p, Sun 11:45a-8:30p, Mon 11a-7p, “including coverage for additional or varying shifts as required” Reporting Relationship: Manager – One Stop Convenience Store Location: Holton, KS Primary Accountabilities: The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager with coordinating the activities for all retail attendants with a primary focus on night/weekend attendants. The incumbent will ensure all night/weekend shifts are adequately covered as needed. Requirements: Major Duties: - Has day-to-day responsibility for the employees on the night and weekend shifts. - Accurately operates a cash register, including all cash and credit transactions during supervisor’s shifts. - Amends schedule or picks up additional hours to meet business demands. - Ensures guest satisfaction by providing speedy service, excellent customer service, and being attentive to guest needs. - Ensures inventory levels are adequate and stocks merchandise during responsible shifts. - Protects company assets. - Adheres to co...
