Working with us as a Member Experience Officer , you will be the face of our business and will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality customer service. This role is being offered as a full-time opportunity in our Heritage Bank, Caloundra Branch. You will also be required to support our Maroochydore Branch for a Saturday morning shift (8:45am to 12:15pm) one in every six weeks. About the role: As a Member Experience Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face our customers look forward to seeing in the branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys real conversations that can support our customers with their financial journeys.
