RESPONSIBILITIES: WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO: Process Ownership & Reliability - Drive equipment reliability by analysing performance data, identifying failure modes, leading root cause analysis (RCA) with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing corrective and preventive actions - Own and continuously improve the Site Asset Management Strategy – encompassing asset inventory, criticality ranking, maintenance types, and lifecycle documentation while maintaining rigorous accuracy and compliance of data within the CMMS. - Develop and implement Reliability strategies to improve mean time between failures (MTBF) and reduce mean time to repair (MTTR). - Lead the Predictive Program of the site. - Design and Implement Comprehensive Predictive Maintenance Strategy aligned with organizational goals and asset management practices. - Plan, Schedule and Supervise all predictive maintenance activities, review reports and coordinate with the Maintenance Planner the corrective action plan to ensure timely resolution of findings. - Support to develop, document, maintain, and optimize maintenance strategies (i.e. preventive program), processes and...
