Sales Operations Specialist

Job description

The Sales Operation Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales process by adding and maintaining customer documentation in our CRM. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of completing tasks to meet deadlines. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business - Responsible for maintaining customer profiles in CRM including adding new customer and uploading documentation to ensure customer information is accurate and up to date - Collaborate with other departments to process the sale effectively from new order to completion with a focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction - Responsible for all sales order documentation entries into CRM including contracts, order confirmations, measure documents, order verifications, etc.. - Monitor, track, and ensure all appropriate financing documentation is accurate and uploaded into customer file (financing documentation, receipts, etc..) - Track new sales and complete regularly scheduled reporting on financial KPIs for sales operations leaders - Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed Benefits...
