Job Type Full-time Description: Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, flexible as needed FLSA Status: Exempt: Employment Status: Full-Time: Reports To: Director for Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship Summary: The Associate Directors from the Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship team, play a key role in advancing the Archdiocese of San Antonio’s mission of evangelization and missionary discipleship through a collaborative, pastoral approach that supports parish and diocesan ministry leaders. Each Associate Director will help shape and evaluate pastoral plans, contribute to ongoing formation efforts, and assist in fostering vibrant parish communities of faith across all stages of life. The Associate Director of Adult Faith Formation provides direct support to the Director of Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship, to advance the archdiocesan vision and mission in the areas of adult ministry & formation, intercultural engagement, and preparation for Christian Initiation.
