This mid-level role requires independent troubleshooting, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to support multiple sites to ensure safe, efficient, and comfortable environments for staff, program participants, and customers. In alignment with Goodwill’s mission, this role also supports workforce development by helping facilitate applied learning opportunities for Helms College students enrolled in the HVACR program when feasible.
