Job Description Summary Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 50% of the total number of business days in a given month in the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Job Description: The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, with primary responsibility for supporting critical financial and accounting system integrations, including Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (RMB) and Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). This role ensures the stability, accuracy, and integrity of financial data flows through effective production support, issue analysis, and timely resolution of complex system problems. The analyst leads requirements elicitation and documentation efforts, supports system enhancements, and partners with stakeholders to improve processes, controls, and user outcomes.
