About the role: - The Busser role is a support position within the Hospitality Team. Their primary responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of service while ensuring that our dining room is clean and safe. What you'll do: - Remove all meal service items from tables, both during and after the dining experience. - Engage with guests in a pleasant and professional manner. - Sanitize the dining spaces between guests including but not limited to wiping tabletops, wiping chairs, sweeping floors. - Maintain cleanliness of dining room, outdoor dining spaces, restrooms, and entry areas. - Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building. - Handle café wares with care. - Wash dishes when needed, following all sanitization guidelines. - Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability. - Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of...
