Description The Customer Service Representative plays an essential role in our manufacturing operations, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and orders. Attention to detail is critical as the person in this role will manage order intake, provide quotes, and coordinate distribution. Working closely as part of the supply chain the CSR ensures timely delivery completion and communicates updates to customers regularly. The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, will be essential for achieving customer service objectives and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: - Manage order intake, customer communication, and quoting, excluding quality-related issues. - Coordinate distribution and all shipping documentation through the shipping process. - Provide regular updates to customers, with increased frequency for high-volume orders. - Liaise with the outside departments as necessary for timely delivery completion, color development, etc. - Serve as the funnel for new SOPs and handle customer complaints, involving quality immediately for quality-related issues. - Process final approval of produ...
