Job description

Scope of Work: The Lead Person will oversee the management of project installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial electrical industry. Responsibilities: - Demonstrate the ability to run medium to large-size projects effectively. Consistently complete projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner. Supervise and direct field personnel, typically overseeing a team of 25+ employees. Establish performance goals and motivate crews to consistently meet or exceed goals. - Accountable for the on-site management and safety of assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, time, and quality standards. Address and resolve conflicts related to construction activities and personnel issues. Coordinate field installations and project close-outs, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. - Review project documents, plans, and specifications to direct construction activities accurately.
