IT Project Manager (f/m/d) Mergers & Acquisitions You manage end-to-end IT M&A projects from due diligence and day-one readiness to post-merger integration. You install and lead a project team according to the project needs. You analyze and evaluate the target company’s IT landscape and derive integration concepts and roadmaps. You plan and execute the technical integration of systems, infrastructure, networks, and applications together. Throughout all project phases, you ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
