Position Overview: The Marketing Manager, Benelux, will be responsible for shaping and executing the local Healthcare Professional (HCP) and consumer marketing strategy across the Benelux region. This role plays a critical part in accelerating both patient acquisition and patient retention, ensuring strong and sustainable growth throughout the region. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of both short- and long-term strategic plans and champion best‑practice processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and excellence in execution. Based within the UK & Benelux Marketing team, this position reports to the Head of Marketing and includes line management responsibility for the Benelux Marketing Specialist. The role requires close collaboration with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including International Marketing, Sales and Inside Sales teams, Legal, Clinical Education, Medical, Regulatory, and agency partners.
