Summary Job Title: Information Technology Associate Systems Engineer, LLC Department: Information Technology Reports To: Sr. IT Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: BOE (Based on Experience) Position Summary: Reporting to the Sr. IT Manager, the IT Associate Systems Engineer supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of WarHorse Gaming, LLC infrastructure. This role works closely with senior engineers to ensure system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency across enterprise environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC - Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and system software - Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior engineering staff - Support troubleshooting of hardware and software issues under guidance - Participate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance processes - Collaborate with IT teams to resolve user-reported technical issues - Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets - Support incident, problem, and change management processes, including documentation - Assist in trou...
